LNG

Reliable at extreme temperatures

Look in almost any LNG liquefaction plant in the world built in the last 20 years, and you will find Adams triple eccentric valves designed to handle liquid natural gas at -196 C. Our testing has proven the design of the Adams MAK can provide a tightness level 10 times more stringent than industry standards require.
Providing valves as large as 70″ Class 300 for LNG service, from the loading dock transfer lines to compressor isolation, no one has more experience handling cryogenic applications than Adams.

Specialists for cryogenic applications

We have designed, manufactured and tested numerous valves for the use at extremely low temperatures for more than two decades, while we have continuously enhanced the constructions. The MAK has been designed by our engineers to ensure complete tightness in cryogenic applications. After the assembly, it is tested in our large cryogenic test facility where we test valves up to DN2000 the operation at temperatures of -196°C. All of the valves we have delivered to gas liquefaction plants, LNG terminals and storage tanks are still operating reliably.
